  Horrible! I took my kids to get their shots. I told the nurse that my daughter gets sick and may pass out after her shots. She did when she got her lasts shots up North. My daughter got her shots and went out in the waiting room. When the other kids were done they went out there with her. She was all but passed out and laying on the ground in the waiting room. The kids came and told me and I was helping one more kid get her shots. The front desk receptionists didn't do or say anything. My poor kids were worried and they came and got me. My kids asked the front receptionist if they had some crackers or something. They just said no, sorry. I went out there and thankfully help her. You would think someone would have gotten a professional to help her. Nope!! Another time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. My 9 yr. old daughter was sick so we took her in. That visit went well. that was 3 weeks ago. I called because the same stuff came back. I called the office at 12:00 to see if she needed another antibiotic or to be seen. The receptionist told me she would talk to the Dr. and then give me a call back. She said there were a few appt. open that afternoon in the Hurricane office but she wanted to see what the Dr. wanted to do. At 2:30 I called because I hadn't heard from anyone. They told me the Dr. was busy and still didn't know what to do. I told them the situation again and I was told to wait to hear from the Dr. I told them I was worried because she was pretty sick. Again I didn't hear from anyone so I called and 4:45 because I knew they would be closing soon. I was told the Dr. still was busy and I needed to wait. I told her that she was sick enough that she really needed to be seen that day and now I was worried because the other visits were past. We were up all night the night before and she was coughing so hard she was gagging or throwing up. She said she would talk to the Dr. and would get right back to me. I finally got a call about 5:50 and she said the Dr. would like to see her and they could make an appt. the next day or the day after. Nothing like waiting all day and hoping to get your sick child in and nothing! Also I was told that at that point they couldn't see her and if I felt that she needed to be seen I should go to insta-care. There was a 2 Hr wait there. I at least was able to get her in. She is on the verge of pneumonia. I will NEVER go back here again!!!
